Description:

We are looking for Budtenders to join our Glass Jar Team! We are searching for enthusiastic individuals who have a positive mindset with the desire to grow within the cannabis industry and provide patients with safe and reliable options.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist recreational marijuana patients in choosing products that will best treat their conditions or needs
  • Explain potential benefits of various medical marijuana products and show patients how to properly use and store those products.
  • Ability to adhere to the highest customer service standards at all times
  • Available to work varied hours/days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possess strong attention to deal and mathematical skills
  • Ability to make cannabis recommendations
  • Manage all aspects of sales, enter sales orders and dispense change to the customers
  • Work successfully and efficiently under a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED [Required]
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must pass a background check
  • Ability to lift and move up to 10 to 25 lbs
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have a positive attitude and be ready to work
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Must be on time and work regular scheduled hours
  • Prefer to have 2-5 years experience. If not, STILL APPLY! We will train.

Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

Description:

The Glass Jar receptionist will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service for every individual that walks into our facility. All patients, vendors, visitors, etc. are expected to be greeted with a sincere welcoming. The receptionist will be expected to provide the shift manager or team lead with basic administrative support.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet all customers with exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
  • Independently manage a wide variety of administrative functions
  • Gain knowledge of the products offered, provide product information to customers
  • Understand applicable laws and regulations
  • Answer phone calls and customer questions
  • Guide customers through the check in and waiting process
  • Check customers into our POS
  • Assist managers with daily tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness of front desk and lobby area
  • Other work as required

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must pass a background check
  • 2 years reception, front desk or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of cannabis products from a regulated retail or medical distribution center preferred
  • Possess strong communication and time management skills
  • Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer satisfaction oriented
  • Possess strong attention to detail and mathematical skills
  • Available to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed
  • Highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must follow our dress code and maintain a professional appearance
